The Team

Gerard Hutton

Managing Director

Starting his career building boats, for one of the world’s largest boat building companies, when he was just 15 years-old taught Gerard the importance of craftsmanship and perfection. “The craftsmanship expected on super yachts is extremely high – higher than for a typical home. It was a good way to really learn about the eye for detail and getting things looking as pristine as they can. In my early 20s I made the shift to building houses and it is this kind of attention to detail and perfection I now aim for with every home I build."

Outside of work, Gerard is a keen fisherman and loves all things outdoors.

Harrison McGregor

Qualified Carpenter / Site Manager

Harrison kick-started his building career as soon as he finished school. He has been an important member of the Hutton Developments Team for the past 9 years and finished his Carpentry Apprenticeship in 2021. His favourite thing about building is the hands on aspect that requires you to think outside the box to solve issues day by day.

When he is not wearing his tool belt, you will likely find him on the golf course or out on his fishing boat.

Angela Ruch

Account & Administration Manager

When she is not in the physiotherapy clinic helping her patients get back on their feet, Angela is in charge of everything account and administration based here at Hutton Developments. She also runs the marketing side of things, so be sure to give our socials a follow to keep up to date with our projects.

In her spare time, you will either find her on the football field or enjoying a hike or beach walk.
